  • Alex Williams

Alex has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and has been teaching Pilates since 2004. Originally from London, she moved to the U.S. in 2001. She completed her comprehensive Pilates training through the Balanced Body University program and was the Pilates Director at Bally Total Fitness corporation for 9 years. She then opened her own small Pilates studio in San Jose, CA. In 2018, she moved back to Palm Springs with her husband and two children to be closer to family. She teaches a few classes per week at Club Pilates Palm Springs and is also the General Manager at both Club Pilates Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. She is excited to share her knowledge and experience with Club Pilates members!

  • Angela Bogner

Angela’s love of Pilates began in 2001 in San Francisco, where she worked as a massage therapist and Yoga instructor in health clubs. She noticed that the few pilates classes were booming, and due to her fascination with more meditative forms of exercise, she signed up for private sessions at the Ellie Herman Studios. Almost immediately she felt the profound effect in her other activities : dance, massage, yoga and biking. She knew that Pilates would be a lifelong practice and completed her teacher training at the Ellie Herman Studios in 2002. Angela worked 4 years at the iconic San Francisco Bay Club and 10 years at Club One, where she helped develop its comprehensive Pilates programs. Angela discovered strength training when a nagging knee injury led her to one of San Francisco's most knowledgeable personal trainers. This experience inspired her to become NASM certified personal trainer and to further branch out to Corrective Exercise and Senior Fitness. In 2015 an opportunity led her to Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio where she developed her signature program Core Strength and Balance and became known for her expertise in working with older adults. She and her husband moved to Palm Springs in 2019 and she joined Club Pilates in January 2020. Angela’s diverse background bodywork, dance, yoga, running, and extensive training makes her uniquely qualified to work with people of all ages and fitness levels, including athletes, older adults, and individuals healing from illness or injury. Angela has learned to discern fact from fiction, thus distilling the most useful types of exercise into an integrative method that is practical, safe, effective and fun.
